Had the worst experiences there. Front desk receptionist was down right awful to a patient/customer. I was appalled for this customer. I was sitting and waiting in the waiting room when the customer was checking out and it was very evident that the receptionist was having a bad day and she took it out on the customer; yelling at her to then ushering her out the door all because she was asking questions about her coverage. Today I had a appointment to change my frames because I had sat and broke one of my arm and it was the worst experience I ever had she was so rude and nasty very short patience she didn’t want to touch me to try the frame on I had to ask her to let me make sure they was gonna fit she got angry because I asked her she just placed the lenses in the frame and was getting ready to put them in the case until I asked her to let me try them on I even apologized to her for having to walk back n forth to get the right frames she neve... read more

RecommendedHad a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. I was seen right away and out in about half hour. Dr. Perez was fantastic. I would definitely recommend.
I had an appointment at Horizon Eye to see a Retinal Specialist. Everyone was quite courteous and the Specialist even though he looked very young was quite knowledgeable. My appointment was at 1:15 pm did not wait long til they took me back dialated my pupils had a couple of trays taken then seen specialist.
My husband and I see Dr. Perez yearly. Great doctor! Very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. My husband had both cataracts removed by Dr. Perez. Did a great job. The staff in the office are wonderful. Prompt service and extremely nice people. We highly recommend them.
My appointment was at 5:30 pm I was not seen by the doctor until 7pm for a 10 min exam.
