I've sometimes had a bit of a wait, but the staff has always been professional and kind. I've been going here for years and have never had an issue.
Horrible. It’s been over 6 months and I am still fighting to get them to send the paperwork to my insurance company so I can be seen by Wills Eye in Philadelphia. Currently contacting N.J. board and filing a complaint. Very unprofessional staff.

I've been going to HEC for years and have always had a good experience. Love the doc's, friendly staff and the optical shop...my fave! Great styles and excellent fit. Can't imagine going anywhere else..
I finally got LASIK what was I waiting for!!! I can SEE !!!! DR.Gross and his staff at the Margate office are top of the line! Caring ,professional , and go the extra mile! I have already sent 2 referrals....Don't wait make your appointment now!!
