Doctor and nurses are pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. Front desk staff is quick, accurate and friendly.
The clinical exam was fine , no complaints. The lack of coordination for contact lenses is disappointing -you can’t get them there -a flyer was handed to me for an online company but no one set me up to use it. The so called coordinator doesn’t respond at all to online forms or phone calls. Should be one stop shopping and put the patient first.
Been going to Horizon for at least 15 yrs. Always a positive experience!
The doctor and everyone on the second floor were professional very nice. Until I get to the third floor to get my glasses and I ran into an ignorant lady. I must say Annette is an asset to the company. Thank you.
