Went to purchase parts and for the first time in 18+ years doing irrigation i was asked for a phone number instead of a company name. Are they starting up their own version of a horizon V.I.P. program? Frys, Bashas, Albertsons, Safeway, Walgreens, etc. All ask for a phone number before they start scanning groceries. I've never been asked for a phone number to start with. Apparently this place asks for phone numbers all day long! 1st odd experience at horizon.
