I have been a patient of Dr. Greg Parker at Horizon Diagnostics for more than 10 years. While the doctors there are very good, the office services have worsened significantly in recent months. I’ve been a patient of Horizon Diagnostics and Dr. Harvey Harris for years. I call and set up an appointment when I need one, which is unfortunately, rarely. I tried to get an appointment yesterday, but was told their “protocol” is to request an appointment with the physician and the office would get back to me. Never had to do that before, but ok.
