Dr. Carroll himself is an amazing person. Listens well and has impeccable bedside manner. However the front office has seriously declined this past year. Anytime I call, Misty answers and has an attitude. Never calls back. Called in medication for me an HOUR away from my home. Just absolutely ridiculous.
