We got a very good cleaning. The girls took the time and did a great job. Dr Britt was very informative and took time to explain everything. The person making our appointments was also very helpful in explaining the procedure and time . We are very pleased with Horizon Dental.
Dr Givens is the best. I’m terrified of the dentist and I had no problems today. His assistant was also amazing.
Pros: The receptionist is incredibly nice. The dentist is competent and the assistants are nice and professional. Two upper extractions performed with sedation, healing appropriately, no complications. Cons: Billing errors consistently before and after appointment. No refund after a full 7 days after the procedure and no correction even after calling and confirming the error. They attempted to send me home without appropriate pain medication (while I was still coming off sedation), and I had to have the person driving me hom... read more
