They love to sell you products but when there’s an issue you’re expected to call the Mfg in China. If I wanted to deal with China I’d buy from China. When I buy from you I expect you to warranty the products you sell. I’ve been in business for over 30 years and I always stay away from these types of companies. There’s so many other companies out there that treat you with respect and stand behind ALL the products they sell, not just some. Retailers beware
