DO NOT recommend i dropped off a quad December 8th for a full motor rebuild and just got it back today and I got home with it to find out that the motor mount was loose, there is a rattling noise in the motor and will not idle or run without dying, not to mention that when it was in the shop they never updated us on anything we had to call them to find stuff out. in December they gave us an estimate of like 2000$ and later on it went up to 2500$ and that was no big but we cal… See more
Not good service and have had our bike for almost 3 months..Been rude,and shady about parts...
Customer service was generally bad. Had my commander in to their shop and it took weeks longer than it should have and they blamed it on the insurance company. Come to find out it they didn’t submit pictures that were requested. When I thought everything was done I went to pick it up and they hadn’t put on new windshield mounts and the old ones were broken in the accident. Was not impressed almost like they was too bizzy for new customers will not shop there again

Great experience with all three of our purchases there. Cody is great to work with.
Staff tried to screw me out of my rzr and said that the model I had 4 seater 1000xp was not a good sell and they don’t even sell four seaters at all went back couple weeks later and they had a brand new xp4 sitting on the show room floor that they had just ordered. I wouldn’t give that place a dime not my first bad experience with Horison outdoor and know a lot of people who have have similar problems. Crooked people!
