Terrible customer service and communication. Autopay for car loan was deactivated, and the calls about it sounded like the usual scam phone calls. No emails or letters sent for late payment resulting in a credit hit. Avoid this CU at all costs.
Transition from previous CU was shoddy and not conducive to working folks. Tellers are friendly but doesn't mean anything if you can't get to them. Closing my account requires me to take time off work. Really?
Worst business I've ever delt with!!! Tried to transfer a loan from my deceased brother and they wouldn't allow it. Paid cash for the truck and waited over a month for the title to be sent. Called today and they never sent it! Their customer service it terrible, never returning phone calls until weeks later. When we tried to purchase the truck in the beginning, it would take weeks to get any response and only one individual gal that could help us.
