As my brother mentioned, this is a difficult post to write. At the beginning of June, our mom was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, and our world has been turned upside down. We managed to take a family trip while she was still feeling up to it, but returned home to a financial disaster. During the week of 6/27 - 7/1, my parents had roughly 36K taken from their account at Horizon Credit Union. We have been dealing with Horizon since 7/1 to no avail. To make matters worse, my mother is dealing with stage 4 cancer and they have not asked for assistance financially from anyone, but this does put an additional burden on them. Was sent an invitation to apply for the card, but the social security fields will not accept any numbers. I have called their customer service line and emailed, but no response. Anyone else have an issue like this?

We have been with the credit union for over a decade and every time I call in the customer service has been excellent. Any issue that we have had has been taken care of promptly and professionally. The ability to do all my banking electronically has also been very positive. I haven't stepped into the physical location for years! (I live across the state 😊) Thank you!
