Buyer, beware. We have a written contract with Joe to build a carport at our home, which was written to begin October 1 and complete by November 1. It's May 12, as I write this review. It's been excuse after excuse after excuse with Joe Harrison, and he's got $12K of our money, which we paid as a deposit for materials to get the project started. Scott and his team did all they promised and communicated well throughout our fence repair. I highly recommend Horizon. My fence and gate are better than when they were built.
So happy to finally have met a great contractor (Joe) who is professional and that charges fair prices. He came to my house in no time to fix a roof leak. Was so nice to work with that I had him come back the next week to replace my water heater and put down a moisture barrier in my crawl space. Solid work all around, and done in a timely fashion. I plan on using him for my next projects!
