I am not pleased to say that hiring them was a huge mistake. Not only did I waste a lot of money, but I had to hire other professionals to redo their work. A construction company that doesn’t know how to put on a tarp? I have more leaks on my roof now than before they worked on it. I could go on and on. I later rehired some excellent roofers at a fraction of the cost who did a much better job. I hired this company because I saw all the nice reviews. Good luck to anyone who uses them. I had a roof leak at my home. Couldn't find company that would do work on roof because others wanted to replace the entire roof. I contacted Horizon and they quickly responded. Ilya from Horizon immediately came to my home; and showed me the available options for repair. The Horizon crew was on time to do the repairs and were very professional. They even cleared all the mess from the repairs and were very careful not to damage my plants and trees.
