I truly enjoy living at Brigil Horizon Condominiums. Recently, I experienced a rent related issue and also had my dryer break down. The property manager, Audrey Connelly, handled both matters quickly and efficiently, ensuring my day-to-day routine was not disrupted. As a Lightning truck owner, I also really appreciate having access to the free EV chargers. I would just recommend Audrey to put a cap on Teslas. Other than that, truly grateful for excellent management and living experience.
Terrible company, they lied to me that it would be possible to transfer to a different Brigil building mid-lease if I needed and when I needed it since I didn't get it in the contract writing it was not available for me. I do not recommend leasing from Brigil if you can avoid it. The general service of fixing things on my unit is not the best either compared to my last lease.
J'ai tellement apprécié le service de Monsieur Omar, sa gentillesse et son attention m'ont beaucoup marqué et m'ont redonné espoir au moment où j'avais presque désespéré car en tant que nouvelle arrivante, trouver un appartement n'est pas aisé. Merci bcp pour tout.

Service A1 avec Omar ! Vraiment un bon gars, super fin pis facile à jaser avec. Il prend le temps qu’y faut, te met pas de pression pis il te sort toujours des bonnes options qui font du sens. Honnêtement, tu peux pas te tromper avec lui. Je recommande solide
