We stayed at Shangri-La Sydney December 2025. The Horizon club was fantastic. The hotel is back to it's former 5 Star standard. Great service and attention to detail.
Servers are extremely rude and unhelpful won’t be staying here again
One of the best view of both Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House could be found here, in Shangri-La's Horizon Club. The staff will even show you a "secret" corner where you can take best pictures of these two signature landmarks. Cafe, soft drinks and juices are served throughout the day and afternoon tea is served from 2pm-4pm. The lounge is quite spacious and rarely be too crowded, hence it offer a very relaxing experience. We stayed at the Shangri La Hotel and had a couple of meals here. The food and service were excellent. There was always a good range to choose from. The view is really nice while sitting down eating and drinking. I truly recommend trying this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
