I called Horizon to have the carpet stretched in 2 bedrooms a rental property. From the initial phone call to paying the final invoice, the entire process was seamless and the staff were polite, friendly, knowledgeable & punctual! I was very impressed with their efficiency and the quality of work performed was top notch. They were even able to clean the garage floor while they were there too which was great! I will definitely use Horizon again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with carpet repair needs!
I am a property manager and always use Horizon. Adam and Scott are professional, prompt and Scott does an amazing job. I had him clean chairs, carpet and floors and they all look like new. Scott works hard and takes pride in his work. I won’t use anyone else and highly recommend Horizon, you won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way.
Scott did an EXCELLENT job restoring our 25 yr old silver grout to to very near new condition! I feel like I've moved into a new house. It was well worth the hassle of moving furniture out of the way. I'm a believer, I'll be calling Horizon yearly!
