Scam scam scam, these people MAKE YOU choose between case management and therapy, which is then billed personally to you an not insurance. Noone wants to do their job and everyone is very rude. do not waste your time here.
No one returns calls even their so called "supervisor." I had a scheduled phone call with a case manager for my daughter regarding her disabilities and NEVER received the call!!!! This place is a JOKE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!
Amazing service and kind understanding therapists. I've been using horizon for close to 2 years now and have received tremendous care. Scott Bradley, whom I see, never pushes me to follow by the book therapy and allows me to choose my own path. A fantastic listener and patient therapist, he has seen me at my worst and best. I ALWAYS feel encouraged, safe, and cared for when I'm there. I have come a long way thanks to him.
