No one returns calls even their so called "supervisor." I had a scheduled phone call with a case manager for my daughter regarding her disabilities and NEVER received the call!!!! This place is a JOKE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!
Amazing service and kind understanding therapists. I've been using horizon for close to 2 years now and have received tremendous care. Scott Bradley, whom I see, never pushes me to follow by the book therapy and allows me to choose my own path. A fantastic listener and patient therapist, he has seen me at my worst and best. I ALWAYS feel encouraged, safe, and cared for when I'm there. I have come a long way thanks to him. Absolutely horrendous services they can't even give you phone call back to start services they even have the audacity to lie about someone calling you back go somewhere else if you can
