I have been charged for services that I did not have, I’ve been trying to get in touch with billing and nobody has returned my call, this place is crappy. Watch your bill, they will slide in services not rendered.
Place is an absolute scam. Was told we had to have case management for my son to receive ADHD medications was told service was free since it was a required service however at initial call was told case management was not required. Just received a bill for $781 for a service we have yet to even be provided. AFTER being told it was FREE service. PLACE IS A SCAM. Change policy frequently. Terrible. Stay away. Seek help elsewhere.
This place is a joke. My son started here 5 months ago for his ADHD medication they told me case management wasn’t necessary and the therapy was optional. 5 months in call to get my refill they are telling me I’m required to have one (which I’ll have to pay due to private insurance separately) and now can’t get my prescription my sons provider gave him a 90 day supply. Basically told us we were screwed and call the pediatrician to get them to prescribe it. This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! Horrible service! Stay away!
If anyone reads these please respond . How are case managers supposed to act and are therapists allowed to eat in front of you???
