So goddamn sick of you guys denying and delaying care. Every treatment, every procedure, you deny and delay care. Now, you are retroactively denying the claims from last year. So, you approved my wife's chemotherapy but retroactively you denied the chemo drugs used for the treatment, 11 months later? I can't even get a hold of you. I've tried calling, emailing, chat. Still waiting.
