All I can say is they stink. Horrible. Little to no coverage. Guess I won't be taking insulin anymore. Nothing is covered.
Needed to update my PCP with Horizon but it wasent an option in the menu when calling customer service. I Kept asking for a live person and it kept just repeating the same menu options that didnt apply to me.
