Not only do your customer service reps live in the Philippines they do not understand our medical system and we can barely understand them ontop of being on hold for over 1 hour for claim status!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE HORIZON!! Then when your reps cant handle the calls and dont want to transfer us to supervisors as they should be, they just transfer you to the survey. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER HORIZON THIS IS A DISGRACE. YOU SHOULD BE REPORTED AND OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

I went on a trip and I asked for an override so I could have my prescriptions in advance. I repeatedly, REPEATEDLY, told them when I was leaving and how long I'd be gone. They assured me that the override would work and that I'd get my prescriptions. I go to the pharmacy two days before my flight; they say my insurance has no override and that I can't get my prescriptions. I call insurance and leave a message: never got a call back.
