You get the proper referals and they deny saying it was done wrong by your primary and the rep tells you they cant do anything to help as its been 2 weeks. Absurd.
This company and their service is an absolutely joke. A bunch of incompetent employees who either don’t care to help or are so poorly trained that the extent of their technical knowledge is to uninstall and reinstall the app. They wasted hours of my time bouncing me around to different reps who were unable to give me access to the benefits (specifically telemedicine in this case) that I pay a lot of money for. worst company to get in touch with because no human answers the calls. I have been trying to correct a mistake they have made and have been unable to correct this error so most likely they have not been paid nor has the owner of these bills and tax info received any paperwork. Maybe now someone will get in touch with me??
Scheduled a preventive well visit that was advertised and booked as covered by insurance. During routine screening, I answered a standard question about sleep. After the visit, it was re-coded as diagnostic without explanation of what that actually means to a layperson - which caused the charge to be applied to my deductible. Rudest people. Told me twice they were sending a physical health card and after a month I called with still no card. After and hour on the phone, they figured out it was because I wasn’t speaking to the right people so they never sent it ???? What the actual hell is going on in this place. So many 1 stars yet still in the position to have a business??? Somebody needs to investigate this place
