Clean gym not to packed even after 5:00 am. Pepole are awome along with the staff. Equipment is good.

Signed up through my insurance and was told I didn’t have to cancel, it would auto cancel when the insurance cancelled back in August. Came to return the key fob and was told I was charged an annual fee because it was “never cancelled”. Haven’t stepped foot in this gym in months and the staff is rude and unhelpful. Would recommend finding the other great gyms in the area.

I want to share my terrible experience with the staff and owner of this gym. I initially signed up, and my wife joined on 2/20/24, which automatically extended my contract for another year. On 11/13/24, I called the owner to request cancellation, and they informed me that I could cancel in February. However, when I went in to cancel, they claimed they had no record of my notice and insisted I had to pay for an additional month on 2/20/25 before they would allow me to cancel. So many other better gyms. Spend your money somewhere else. I have been trying to cancel my membership, contract ended in December, I went in to give my 30 day notice, went back a month later to return my key fob and they claim I never gave them my notice so now have to pay another month. They have the ability to check cameras and fob scans to show I was there and talked to them about canceling.
