The bank is clean, the people are nice but, it is a bank, there to make money, I get it but they do not stand behind debit card fraud. If your debit card is compromised, they will actually allow it, knowing someone emptied your account due to unauthorized charges, THEY LOVE to then pile on the NSF charges for automatic payments (like to nipsco or comcast for example). Absolutely the worst bank in NWI. Stay away from them. They can’t do anything in a timely manner and they have the worst online services available. Asking for a 10 day payoff quote should be a simple thing but with this nope. Amazing I’ll never do business with this bank again. Stay as far away from this bank as possible.
Would give zero stars if I could. Find another bank!! Bad customer service. Horrible!!
