It's a bank...
Needed cash today so stopped and was told that all branches were closed for volunteer day. Asked how I could get cash and was told to use the ATM. I don't have an ATM card, never have, never will. It was a business day at 11:00 am. It was not a holiday. I received no advance notice of the bank's closing. This is an unacceptable business practice. It should be noted that this was the Carmel branch but the Manager there said all branches were closed. She "understood". But I still couldn't access MY money on a normal bank day. ... read more
