Went to Horizon for a HELOC and they showed me a better option to get the money from the equity on my home to make home improvements. Kim is the best.
Over all a wonderful bank and the Employees are completely professional and helpful. I would absolutely recommend banking at Horizon Bank. The Chesterton Employees work great as a team and try to deliver the best customers service.
Helena is patient and very knowledgeable. I feel she is concerned about my business needs.
The ladies at the Chesterton branch should take a training course in customer service as they are very unwelcoming and unfriendly.
