Incorrect Saturday hours for the lobby are posted on the website and on the front door. This creates a huge inconveince for those of us that travel into town to do business with Horizon. Staff stated in person at the drive thru that they could not even post a sign on the lobby door to notify patrons of the incorrect lobby hours. Do better.
The bank is never open inside on weekend so those of us with jobs can never go in to do anything I wish they would fix this problem
Worst Bank I have ever used no customer service and managers are useless.
Review change from 1 star. I got in the mess of TCF selling my business acct to horizon and my personal to Huntington. Horizon keep my acct number so I didn’t have to change anything. Huntington changed it and my autopays got messed up. This cost me over $2,000 and I lost 2 credit cards with $35 k limit for my business purchases. I couldn’t access them because my mom had to call and she was too busy to give me the time of day. To clarify HORIZON is AWESOME!
