Worst Bank I have ever used no customer service and managers are useless.
Review change from 1 star. I got in the mess of TCF selling my business acct to horizon and my personal to Huntington. Horizon keep my acct number so I didn’t have to change anything. Huntington changed it and my autopays got messed up. This cost me over $2,000 and I lost 2 credit cards with $35 k limit for my business purchases. I couldn’t access them because my mom had to call and she was too busy to give me the time of day. To clarify HORIZON is AWESOME!

You can't have a conversation with anyone over there without them hanging up on you during the middle of a call. Just a bank that is more interested in your money more than good customer service.
