Horrendous bank! Online platform is from the early 90’s. Also I was engaged by Horizon to skip a payment on my loan, as they said on the coupon it was bc I’m such a good customer. I accepted and pay the $25 fee. Two weeks goes by and I receive a call from their collections department claiming I missed payments. Absolutely ridiculous.
