This bank location is ridiculous!! The one in Gary is 10x better. I sat in the drive through 5 minutes before anyone even so much as answered the call teller button. When they did answer they spoke so low you couldn't even hear them. I checked the parking lot there was only one car there it wasn't like they were super busy. They don't even deserve to be a bank... Definitely will NOT be stopping at this location again

One of the goofball tellers made the decision to hold my work check. I've met 2 or 3 other staff, including management, who knew how to deposit a work check. Today, I got the one confused one. Where are you discover? Give me a means to deposit physical cheque's and I'll come back. Huge disappointment. I only use this account for internet purchases due to low security. My primary is discover and I love it
I like this one better then the one in Merrillville friendly people easy to do business with
