One of the goofball tellers made the decision to hold my work check. I've met 2 or 3 other staff, including management, who knew how to deposit a work check. Today, I got the one confused one. Where are you discover? Give me a means to deposit physical cheque's and I'll come back. Huge disappointment. I only use this account for internet purchases due to low security. My primary is discover and I love it

Recently opened a home equity line of credit. Fell all.over yourselves opening the account. Asked a simple question about how to pay ourselves back from this account if we needed to pay cash (not everyone will take an equity check) and got "that's fine" as an answer. That's fine? What's fine? How do we make the check out? I don't want an issue with the bank where my checking and savings accounts are depositing this check. Seems like once the account is open customers no longer matter.
