These guys are terrible, how they even stay in business is crazy. my car will never be the same after having gone back countless times for them to address deficiencies but yet they still don’t want to hold full accountability. The only positive is the free courtesy cars they provide so that I didn’t get stranded for weeks while they had my vehicle.
ICBC seriously needs to reconsider keeping this body shop on its approved list. This was, without a doubt, the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. They completely ruined my BMW. The quality of the work was unacceptable, and I left with more problems than I came in with. Instead of fixing my car, they made me hate driving it. they butcher my car and sent me home in a hurry with zero quality checks. zero customer satisfaction. you sometimes get what you pay for and beware who you’re doing business with.
