Had a very bad experience with this employee working at Horizon auto body , we were walking across the driveway to their shop when this "lovely gentleman" backed out and almost ran us over. when I confronted him about not seeing if there were pedestrians , he said he didn't look and said that we should have seen him coming out and let him pass. Worst experience from an autobody place. I was totally unsatisfied with the customer service . Too pushy and upselling parts. The reception young guy was trying to upsell and wasnt listening what I want to do with the car. I had previous good experiences with the place and use to come often because of their previous interactions. Recently, I visited the shop and had this bad experience. Hopefully this reaches with the management team.
I brought my Mazda 3 in to have the front underpart replaced. They did such a great job, as well as washed and cleaned my car, and tire rims. My car has never lost k d better. I would highly recommend them for body work. They are very nice people from reception to the mechanics.
my big mistake coming to horizon, they butcher my car and sent me home in a hurry. zero quality checks. do not come unless you want headaches from this shady shop.
