Had a leaky window seal on my car, rang Horizon who were great, Darren gave me the price for the seal but also a price for the windscreen as a worse case scenario. He arranged to come the following day and kept in touch with texts. They did an amazing job and showed me the damaged seal. Great experience would definitely recommend.
