Earlier this month one of my truck's windows was broken. My insurer arranged for Safelite to do an on site repair but there was a miscommunication and the appointment was cancelled. I called my insurer who arranged for a Horizon technician to come to my home that day to repair the window. He was courteous and very professional. I very highly recommend Horizon!
I had my windshield replaced by Horizon Auto Glass in June, in December while my car was sitting in the parking lot of my work all day it somehow spontaneously cracked from the INSIDE, spoke to Rod the owner who tried to tell me that perhaps something hit the rearview mirror which caused these HUGE cracks in the window where the mirror is attached.
