Earlier this month one of my truck's windows was broken. My insurer arranged for Safelite to do an on site repair but there was a miscommunication and the appointment was cancelled. I called my insurer who arranged for a Horizon technician to come to my home that day to repair the window. He was courteous and very professional. I very highly recommend Horizon!
I would like to say that Rod at one point was a great business owner and would help out in every way he can to get customer satisfaction and appreciation. Now I feel that place has gone down and way to expensive! I've purchased several vehicles from Toyota and when asked where to go to tint windows they refer to Horizon Auto Glass, and all these years I would take my vehicles to Horizon but after the many incidents there, there's a point you have to say enough and move on. I had my windshield replaced by Horizon Auto Glass in June, in December while my car was sitting in the parking lot of my work all day it somehow spontaneously cracked from the INSIDE, spoke to Rod the owner who tried to tell me that perhaps something hit the rearview mirror which caused these HUGE cracks in the window where the mirror is attached. Refused to replace or refund my money, alleged that it was somehow my fault that the window cracked from the INSIDE. Mirror was never touched, nothing was hanging from it, the car... read more

The team at Horizon were lifesavers for us! Our rear window on our Toyota Highlander blew out just outside of Payson, AZ on Tuesday as we were headed east on our move to Memphis. We called a major glass company through our insurance and they said it was a “specialty” glass and couldn’t get us a replacement until we got to Memphis in Friday. Just had the worst experience ever at Horizon Auto Glass & Tint. I was referred to them by a friend after my car was broken into, resulting in the front driver and passenger windows being broken. I called them this morning on my way to work to see if they had an opening.
