I was disappointed in the communicated about the price of my service which ended up being almost 45% higher than what they quoted me ($428 final price vs $300 quoted). I called Horizon to ask if they performed oil changes on the Maserati Ghibli and the employee said yes and it would cost a little under $300 after taxes. It has been a challenge to find a reliable auto center in this area. I have been to several in the area, over the last 8 years, and have been highly pleased with this team of professionals at Horizon. They value their customers and strive to accommodate/help them in the best way possible. I had an issue with a blown tire locally. Joseph ********* at Horizon was very prompt in contacting us, and was wonderful in arranging a spray-on bed lining service for our brother's new truck. Our brother is very pleased with the ease of scheduling the service and the quality of the work performed, and we feel we received excellent value for our money. We highly recommend Horizon Auto Center, and would use their services again should the opportunity arise.

My husband took our Toyota 4 Runner in today for maintenance. After he drove it, there was a problem with the transmission seeming to slip. He immediately took it back and the shop realized the problem very quickly and made it right. We are very pleased with their service.... all work done very timely.
All the guys are friendly and experienced. Heath is always helpful. Work is performed in a timely manner and they always have your best interest at heart. Highly recommend!!
