I have had my beloved Hyundai Sonata for 9 years. My late husband bought it for me 3 weeks before he unexpectedly died.  I am addicted to my car.  It only has less than 35000 miles, because I’m the proverbial Senior Citizen who only goes to the grocery store, the pharmacy, a handful of Doctors and church! I was disappointed in the communicated about the price of my service which ended up being almost 45% higher than what they quoted me ($428 final price vs $300 quoted). I called Horizon to ask if they performed oil changes on the Maserati Ghibli and the employee said yes and it would cost a little under $300 after taxes. This indicated to me that Horizon regularly works on Maseratis. I made an appointment and when I came in, they did not have the filter or oil. It has been a challenge to find a reliable auto center in this area. I have been to several in the area, over the last 8 years, and have been highly pleased with this team of professionals at Horizon. They value their customers and strive to accommodate/help them in the best way possible. I had an issue with a blown tire locally. They sent a tech to help me get my spare on and got my other tire ordered in a timely fashion. I have been using their services for some time now.
