Great place for new gym people or experienced. Its nice that you can make your own appointment to help you schedule our your day. Its also nice having a new workout routine every month if you want it to keep yourself moving forward and trying new things.
The gym is a perfect spot for people of all ages to exercise. Plenty of equipment and a motivated trainer/owner.
