We are very happy to be living in our new home in Chatsworth. PulteGroup provided excellent support throughout the entire home-buying and move-in process. We received outstanding service from Jenee, John Doom, Kyle, and Tyler. Their teamwork, professionalism, and dedication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. John ensured that all service requests were completed promptly and efficiently.
I live in This community and would highly recommend any homeowner who is looking to purchase a home buying in this community. I know we are down to the last few homes at Horizon so I would highly suggest you reserve the last ones left.
Worked with Jenee the first half of the transaction (she was the sales rep) and worked with Tyler the second half of the transaction (he was the construction manager). I don't think we would've proceeded with such confidence along the whole way without either of them working with us. They were a pleasure to work with and the stars of the Pulte team. I have already recommended Pulte to several family and friends because of the service provided by Jenee and Tyler.
