Was told on the phone there was a $50 diagnostic fee. Great send a technician. 35 mins later I found out I had something heavy on my dryer. $185 dollars. I’ll pay your invoice but I won’t do business here again.
Service person was late and because of being late couldn't connect to tech service line. He was unable to do any more diagnosis than I provided to him. Total waste of time and money.

The compressor in our refrigerator in our RV went out. The technician, Thom was very professional and went out of his way to get the refrigerator repaired in time for our next camping trip. Beth, the office assistant is great. She kept us informed concerning the delivery of the new compressor, even when the shipment was delayed. I'm very pleased with Horizon.
