ok so now I need to eat crow! I understand things happen and schedules need to be changed sometimes. My only complaint was that nobody called to tell the customer who had prepared from 4 am for the power to be shut off for the entire day. Today is a new day though and Justin was here early and did an awesome job for me. Now I will say that Horizon well deserves five stars from start almost to finish! They dole out a bit of high pressure but that is only at the start. I would certainly use them again.
still out for debate and I will update this if they ever come through. They were supposed to be here at 9am today and never showed up and never called. Now I am re-scheduled for a week out even though my electrical panel is a "priority" and my house could go up in flames any minute! They were very quick though to take my check for half the amount and have already sent me five invoices telling me I am late with my payment! Yes, I will update my review if the job ever gets finished so stay tuned!
