We can't say enough good things about Greg at Horizon Air! He is the definition of honest, reliable, and professional. Not only does he service our units but he has come to our rescue (and my uncle's rescue) several times—especially during the brutal Vegas heat when our AC decided to act up. I have a 24 year old unit. It went on the blink and Greg came today and fixed it up and kept it running. His pricing was fair and honest. Same day service. I know that same day service isn’t always possible but Greg is honest, conscientious, caring, and we will use him forever. Plus I owe him a pie for going above and beyond. . Lol
