Rude unprofessional staff. Unclean facilities. I recommend finding another health provider.

avoid like the plague. so disorganized. doctor reeks of cigarettes. constantly lost my blood samples. doctor does not follow up or through with referrals. i've had to pay for my diabetic supplies for 2 months now cause the doctor won't take 5 mins to call my insurance with pre authorization. i switched to them a couple months ago and now i'm switching back to my old provider.

Nightmare of a wait. We arrived when they opened at 10am. We were made aware that walk-ins weren't seen til 11am, which we accepted. At 11 we returned to wait in the waiting room a long time, we waited in the room for nearly an hour. It's 12:53 and we still wait. Awful

Well I'm not to sure how effective making an appointment was since my daughter got passed up three times by other patients who arrived later. I made an appointment for her for 3pm. Upon arrival (15min early) there was one person in the waiting room. The patient that had been waiting was called (understandable), here is where it gets interesting, then three walkins came in.
