This is an amazing body shop. They did great work of course, but I was really impressed with their honesty and professionalism in dealing with me. They gave me the total price over a voicemail and later caught a clerical error that made the total price more, but they only charged me the lower price because that was what they had already told me that I owed. They’re also the ONLY body shop I found that could give a quote based on what I told them over the phone when I was trying to compare prices with other shops.
Best Auto Body Shop and Customer Service!! Shout out to Shane and Laurie for the excellent work and customer service, along with their employees! They are honest, professional and truly care about doing a great job to return your vehicle to a like-new status. They are quick and efficient and all of these qualities sets them apart from anyone else. I am very pleased with every aspect of my experience with them and their work. I've know them for years on a personal basis and this goes hand in hand with that.

I've never been to a body shop before but Laurie and Shane were very nice and answered any concerns I had. They got my car in on a Monday and I was able to pick it up that same Thursday. Would definitely recommend Horinek to anyone. Very friendly, nice and honest people. Photos show the obvious before the work and after. Car looks like it was never hit. They even detailed the car after the work was done, which i was not expecting. It looks amazing! Cannot thank them enough.
