I visit here 2 times a year. Its great. The hiking and birdwatching excellent. There us just no place like the great marsh for a relaxing walk and commune w nature.

Horicon Marsh Wildlife Area in Wisconsin is a super cool spot, covering over 33,000 acres of marshy goodness—one of the biggest freshwater cattail marshes in the U.S. It’s a total paradise for anyone into wildlife or birdwatching, with over 300 types of birds like ducks and herons flying around.
