After a recent move, we were saddened to see that the ceramic top of one of our favourite Clio Bedside tables had been damaged. We contacted Horgans and were delighted at their kind offer to source us a replacement ceramic top for us as we live in Queensland and could not get the item to them to restore. Absolutely awesome company to deal with! Their customer service is exemplary! I have bought a number of furniture pieces from horgans as well as decor items over the years and been very happy with everything I have got from there. Beautiful quality furniture, mirrors and gorgeous unique designs
I just wanted to say thank you to the Horgans team. Buying things online can be a bit tricky sometimes — I ordered a photo frame, and when it arrived, it didn’t quite suit the photo. I messaged the team to ask about exchanging it, and they were so helpful with quick and thorough replies. On top of that, the quality and unique style of their frames really stand out — it’s hard to find frame pieces that add such a special touch to a space.
I have ordered to 2 bedside tables for my spare bedroom and I keep noticing wood dust on the floor. Never really paid attention and thought I didn’t clean it properly. Then I contacted my designer who told me it is probably some woodworms. So he contacted the company and they recommended to discard the tables as they confirmed it was infested.
