Having avoided the place for 9 months, I thought I'd give it another chance. However, owing to the reasons that instigated the 9 month break, I was again left disappointed and disgusted. The smell of urine...ruminating from the male swimming pool toilets. There are rubber splash mats in each of the 3 mens' urinals, and beneath the mats and surrounding them, there is years of what I guess is crystallised, congealed urine sediment. A super place for swimming lessons but you only got 3 stars as the changing needs looking at wet with wee and the bins need to be emptied so many people with your children

Sophie & Ethan! These two staff embarrassed me and my son by not allowing him to workout without my 'supervision' when I requested them that I will park my car and come back after dropping my son to the gym! Extremely rude behaviour & treated me and my son like criminals in front of everyone! Been a very nice experience since we got our membership until these two tried to be over smart by telling that RULES are RULES!
