I was diagnosed with cervical dystopia and was referred to see Dr Horan. I was given two injections on either side of my neck which was excruciating. The next two days I felt like I had an arrow stuck through my neck. I have been suffering ever since with difficulty raising my head. I feel like my head is so heavy because I have no strength in the muscles of my neck. I have difficulty swallowing my food. I recommend seeing anyone else. He does not fully listen to his patients to understand what is happening with them. His office does not answer the phone and it often takes days to receive a call back. He will say that he is sending referrals to other facilities but the other facilities never receive the referrals until you continuously call his office begging for them to help you.

I’ve been gong to Mr. Horan for a year & I really like him. He listens & we have adjusted my treatment plan trying to get the best pain free plan for my personal situation. I highly recommend him & yes I did see 2 other people before I found Mr Horan.

IMO, he is more of a “treat the symptoms” rather than a “help the patient” doctor. I had a single seizure, after having all the tests come back mostly normal, Dr. Horan diagnosed me with epilepsy, restricted me from driving, school, working, etc. Almost everything pointed to it being an isolated event, and less than a week after being diagnosed by Dr. Horan, a second neurologist said it was more than likely an isolated event and cleared me to go back to a normal life.
