I like to be blunt and honest. I was given a warning about Horan & Bird after paying a deposit. My wife said the they had helped us before, so stay. We did. Was told our installation date was Wednesday 18th June. Good, happy about that except for the fact nobody turned up. Family owned company that is proactive with feedback. Horan and Bird installed my solar system back in 2016, which was a straightforward and well supported process. Looking at using them again soon.
My experience with Horan & Bird was wonderful. Customer service with the receptionist Lauren is something that you don't find much these days, Ryan amazing man putting everything together, and Johnny and his tradesman best at the work they do. Such a reputable company that offers great service. I would recommend them to all you require Solar.

2 year review update: Dear Everyone, after 2 years of solar panels from Horan and Bird, we are no better off then had we kept our old system. It is going to take decades to get our investment back. We lost our 44c per Kw under the recommendation to go a whole new system that cost us $12K. I may as well have dropped the money in the bin. Please assume that your return will be no where near what you are promised. I deeply regret choosing Horan and Bird encourage you to shop around.
