AI kept calling me asking me about a solar battery package. Rang me 2 times before I answered and wasn't even a person.
The team from Horan and Bird were outstanding! They met every appointment on time. Installation was efficient and effective. A few after installation we had a fault develop. Horan and Bird were right onto it. We had a few phone calls, images sent, diagnosis and repair very quickly It was in complete contrast to our solar panel installation! Different company- nowhere in the class of Horan and Bird
It was so easy sitting down talking to Ryan about what we have running and what we need The boys that installed the system are great Doug and his young fellow are so professional , tidy and kept the area clean Thank you Pete
Really good until you sign on the dotted line, then no service at all, had to chase them up for install date, once installed. Have to wait for Battery commissioning, have waited 4 weeks making numerous calls with promise of return calls but nothing, sick of chasing it up….still waiting.
I like to be blunt and honest. I was given a warning about Horan & Bird after paying a deposit. My wife said the they had helped us before, so stay. We did. Was told our installation date was Wednesday 18th June. Good, happy about that except for the fact nobody turned up. Was rung up and told of delay for a reason I did not fully understand (I am deaf with hearing aids, not a good thing). Anyway was scheduled for Friday 20th June.
