H & B installed a solar system originally in 2018, and so we went to them for the govt incentive to install batteries in 2025, which has been a very bad experience. They have used the cheapest way of installing still charging the $20,500 promising near $zero electric bill. This has not been the case. the system designed for our household would never meet their promises.
