This law office is out to get your money. During consultation and on the contract, they said it was a flat rate only for us to find out that they charge extra fees for every communications with us, like emails, phone calls, and all virtual meetings. How else were we to get the status of our case?!! We expected a case to take 1 year turned out to be 3+ years and they gave us associate lawyers that just joined the firm. It has taken me 10 years to decide to leave this review. I went into a divorce as a complete novice to a man who had been married twice before. I had a lot to lose financially, so was referred to Beth Hodges. I met with her, paid her hefty retainer, and literally never saw her again.
