Where should I begin? Avoid this Doctor’s office! I can’t ever get an appointment. And when I do it’s 6 months out. Oh wait… and when I did have one 14 days before the appointment it’s cancelled. Dr Ramirez will be out of the office. Call to reschedule and the next available date from October is JANUARY!! Oh and it doesn’t matter if you are sick or in extreme pain. They will tell you to go to Urgent Care or the emergency room. Unbelievable!!!

I use to go with DrRamirez when he was on Grissom Rd n no issues n great customer service. Now with Wellmed n horrible time getting appt! Booked till December! Update! Called again today n was able to get appointment so maybe the person I spoke too didn’t know how to do her job!

Avoid Dr Ramirez at all costs, especially if you’re needing a wheelchair or scooter because you’ve been walking on bone to bone knees and needing surgery, he refuses to prescribe mobility equipment. I have no help at home and I am by myself and he still denied my request.
