I use to be with Horace Mann - if you could give a zero, I would. I would never use Horace Mann with Patrick Stokes and would never recommend him to anyone. He knows why.
Patrick, Molly, Ruby and another young lady whose name I don’t hear very often are all eager to help and are very resourceful, patient and friendly.
