Horace Mann was to quick to payout an employee's spousal claim in past dealings. The most recent contact involved questions regarding an employee's coverage. Their response time was fast and detailed despite the first working day after Christmas.
My experience with Horace Mann has been exceptional. Gerard and Reggie have been friendly, professional and responsive to every question I’ve had as they get me set up with an IRA and auto/rental insurance. I can’t ask for a better company.
