The only reason I gave one star is because I had to, this is the worst agent ever, it has been a nightmare, can never get a hold of him, left 2 messages on phone and an email, only when I called and complained to Horace Mann 2 weeks later, did he call me back, have spent numerous hours on the phone with Horace Mann to cancel my insurance because of poor service from Patrick Reid, they couldn’t even find my policy because of this agent, , Horace Mann tells me he is no longer affiliated with Horace Mann insurance , now....they... read more
Patrick Reid cares about helping teachers and provides insurance at decent prices.
Was a customer for over 30 years. Got CANCELLED because I overlooked a questionnaire.They didnt have the decency to give me a phone call.It appeared they wanted an excuse to cancel. I wouldnt give them the time of day again.
