Terrible customer service!!! This agency stopped representing my current insurance company Olympus however they never informed me of this so my home owners policy was just canceled. I called their office 3 times and no one responded. The decision to stop using Olympus is why I now have no homeowners insurance but they didn’t care enough to explain this situation to me and help me find another homeowners insurance policy. Do not go with this company, as a teacher in Osceola County, they assisted with our retirements and I find out they stopped managing our accounts through Horace Man, like wow, no email, no letter then was like over a year ago and no one knew. How many teacher signed up with Leon with his free lunches at school then dumped, his phone doesn’t work, I have left emails and calls and never heard from them, no call back no email back, embarrassing.
