Terrible customer service!!! This agency stopped representing my current insurance company Olympus however they never informed me of this so my home owners policy was just canceled. I called their office 3 times and no one responded. The decision to stop using Olympus is why I now have no homeowners insurance but they didn’t care enough to explain this situation to me and help me find another homeowners insurance policy.
