TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My car was hit by one of their policyholders. They were TERRIBLE to work with. They were slow to respond and cost me $ because of it. Then, they lowballed me completely on their settlement offer. They wouldn't even consider my list of comparable vehicles that were much more similar to my vehicle than to the 2 comps they used.
