Jeffrey Jackson out of the Bozeman, MT. branch was very unprofessional and unresponsive after horrace Mann’s most likely drunk driver hit my vehicle late at night. The driver left the insurance info and I woke up to a smashed bumper. The repair company was worried they would not get paid because Jeffrey wouldn’t respond to them.
